Doing sports in school is very important as it gives young people a chance to exercise and also make friends outside of the classroom.
Playing sports,especially team sports such as basketball and soccer also helps students make friends and learn the importance of team work.
Other sports, such as swimming and fencing, are individual sports where victory depends on one person alone. In order to be good at the game, students will learn important values such as determination. This will help the students excel not just in sports, in studies but also in life.
That is why I think it is very important that there are different types of sports available for college students to participate in. They can take this o
