neither of my friends has come 等于either of my friends has not come

但是 both of my friends have not come 的意思是不完全否定

不是完全否定 就是我的朋友没有都来， 这点中文英文有差别

这三句在意思上是一样的。但是只有第一句是地道的英文表达方式。后两句句法上没什么错，但一般不这样用
