If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

In the age of information and technology, the talent people play a vital role in company’s daily life. Some people prefer to hire an inexperienced worker at a low salary. The reason is that these people want to cut the money and make maximum benefit. On the contrary, there are a majority of people who argue this issue. From my own perceptive, it can be easily provided that we should hire an experienced employee despite of high salary.
Although the incline to low salary is desirable, one may still wonder whether hire a high salary’s worker is worth is fair. Inevitably, when we hire an experienced worker, we have spent a lot of money on. Therefore, they deem they should hire a low salary’s worker.

结构还可以 不过不是很明显 最好在每段开头加上一些过渡词 这样就很容易吸引主考官的眼球 一定要结构鲜明
第二段感觉有点混乱 读着很生硬 不舒服 有可能是逻辑关系排列的不是很好 过渡词使用的太频繁了 而且有点长 你如果把第二段简化一下 就可以在提出一个论点 论证就会显得更充分
第三段不错
我作文刚复习时间不长 能发表的意见就这么多吧
我也刚准备托福 不懂。
不过 念一遍，好像一个高级单词都没有。。。词汇都在4、6级水平的样子
很平淡～
我这是不懂乱说的阿，也许人家ets就偏好不太难的单词写出的文章，比较顺。
不过`我本人还是觉得：是不是lz 托词～背得还不够狠啊。。。 呵呵
