应该选A。
理由如下：
we visited一直到ago都是做定语修饰school的。
而定语必须需要特指的先行词。特指要用the.
这里school没有先行词the.就要用the one来充当先行词。
然后再连接定语从句。
那么补充完整应为：Is this school the one (that应做定语从句宾语，被省略掉） we visited three years ago.

变式：如果原题是：Is this the school_____we visited 3 years ago.
很明显，就选C。因为有特指的the了。
这是道中等难度的定语从句考察题！

第一句选b，从句缺主语，缺主表宾的用关系代词
第二句选D，从句什么都不缺，用关系副词where
