UC知道关于XP中配置IIS的服务项，急

我之前安的IIS5，运行很正常。
某次因为一些原因，停止了IIS服务（还包括WWW和SMTP服务）。
现在，即使启动这几项服务后，IIS仍然不好使，ASP网页打不开。
提示是：
Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance
