删除autorun病毒后仍有问题怎么办

我删除autorun病毒后，双击我的电脑，winrar等程序要等好久才能打开，请问是什么问题？
先前中的autorun病毒是在各盘创建autorun。inf和system。dll那种。
现在我已经把各个盘的autorun.inf和system.dll干掉了。但是打开我的电脑，优化大师，winrar，maya软件还是要很长时间，不知道如何解决？
