generic host process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close.出现这东西以后我就选择"close message" then my online document cannot work as well and i need to restart my computer if i wan it to process as normal.

网络服务程序出现问题。请补充你在操作什么程序时出现的。
network servcie is out of work.pls tell me what program you used when the problem appeared.
补充：在DEP里添加这个出问题的程序试试呢。
