我知道：forget to do sth. 是说：是还未做过的，后者是：已经做过的
但我还没弄懂这个定义的意思，
请帮我解释清楚

forget to wash it 我忘记去洗了 --意思是我没有洗现在想起来了

forget washing it 我忘记我系来着 --意思是我实际上洗了但我现在忘记了

forget to do 忘记做某事，事情没有做。如：I forget to lock the door.我忘记锁门了。（门没有锁）
forget doing 忘记己经做过某事。如：I forget locking the door. 我忘记我己经锁上门了。（门己经锁上了，但我忘记了，所以以为没锁）
