形容讲话“生硬”，有这个词对应的英文吗

其实有些汉语在英语当中没有绝对的对应词，“生硬”在各词典当中解释为：
1.awkward; stiff; blunt; ramrod; rusty
2.gruffly; stiffly
3.stiffness; buckram; crudity
4.as stiff as a poker
这些词基本与态度，身形有关，但没有一个可以和“发音pronouncation”搭配的。可以用意译，便于听者理解。

hard （口语表达）

stiff这个词应该就可以了。
