这两个词都有恢复的意思 但是我想要知道区别

recover有从病态或者不好的状态恢复的意思，程度较重
refresh程度较轻，比如你很困，别人可以劝你说,go for a walk and get yourself refreshed这里就不能recover,因为你没病只不过比较困而以，
