at church 固定用法，不用加the
（一般一个社区只有一个教堂，所以不用特指就知道是哪个教堂。）

特指某个office,要加the
（office比较多，需要用the来特指）

特指是“这个”星期一

the monday
是特指某个周一，，
而且monday要大写：Monday

不要THE
