我的够新西兰技术移民条件吗？

我是大学本科毕业，学士学位，未婚，工作已经四年了，大学专业为电子信息工程，现从事嵌入式硬软件行业。请问我这样的条件够新西兰技术移民的条件吗？谢谢！
我现在对移民还是迷糊的，办理这个东西需要多少钱啊？我也可以到新西兰非发达地区工作的，而且业务能力很强。英语流利，我以前考过托福，能达到96分，也是就雅思乱拿四个7，我想去从事电子工程师或嵌入式工程师等工作。
