left放句尾有何意

left 水(被)剩下,
= no water is left.
有水吗? 我怕没了

就是这么说,没有什么意义. 语言只是一种习惯,一种人们经常说来说去产生的规则.. 记住就好了. 还有要有语感,用语感考虑问题更加容易一些.
