一.操作规程：
1.开机操作前先检查电源是否正常，机械部分是否安全，检查电器控制部分是否正常。
2.开机前先加入经过过滤或者干净的清洗液，检查槽内液面位置，使其液面在放置产品后达到溢流口位置。
3.接通电源后，应先打开各附加功能开关，顺序是：打开过滤开关--打开加热开关--打开超声波开关--调整频率调谐按钮--通过温度调节设定温度；打开循环过滤开关前，应先打开过滤泵进出溢流阀（侧盖打开才能看到溢流阀）严禁过滤泵空载运行。
4.打开超声波清洗开关后，将产品整齐排放进行清洗，过程中防止产品磕碰，保证清洗时间不少于1分钟。
5.将清洗过的产品转入沥干工位进行沥干，时间不低于1分钟。
6.在工作过程中，操作人员要经常观察整机的运行情况，设备出现异常情况后，应立即关机。待排除故障以后再重新开机。
二.注意事项：
1.严禁手直接触摸产品，操作过程中必须带手套。
2.在清洗过程中，清洗液应保持溢流状态，以便排出清洗液表面的悬浮物。每2小时检查一下清洗质量，检查方法为：用洁净的餐巾纸紧贴在产品内壁上，然后取下，如有金属残渣和污物，应抽样送去进行清洁度检测，根据《产品清洁度标准》进行定量检测，确定是否调整定时时间或更换清洗液。对清洗质量不合格的产品应追溯重新清洗。颗粒度严禁超标，正常情况下，清洁度的检测频次为1次/班。
