in a sale 是说在减价中

如：she bought this skirt in a sale. 她在大减价中买了这条裙子。

on sale 是说什么什么正在减价

如：she bought this skirt when it was on sale. 她在裙子减价时买了这它。

on sale

2. 廉售中,拍卖中

in a sale的用法等同in a business，非词组或短语
处于什么环境中，处于什么状况下的意思，I am in a sale我在做销售
