我新买的惠普电脑出问题了.

刚买回来没几天,刚好连线一天,结果掉线了.说我什么网卡错误的.原来是邮电局段线了.郁闷死.搞的我措手不及.还以为机子哪里出毛病了.赶紧还原系统.这下可麻烦了.也不知道现在是怎么样.玩游戏吧老说连接不到服务器什么的.求求高手帮帮忙,应该要怎样解决这个问题阿?
我是按F11还原的.机器是 HP Pavilion 畅游人家用电脑 翼龙三核的.

你这是软件问题，跟机器无关。还有，不知道你是什么机器，如果是自带VISTA系统的话，你是按F11还原的？还是机器本来不带系统，你用GHOST还原的？
你说具体点，要不然不好说。

你连接宽带的时候是不是不能连接呀，如果是的话，就是电信的线还没接好。
还要你的帐号和密码对不对？

你先重装游戏，再重装网卡驱动，如果还是有问题的话，那就是电信自己的问题了

我按F11还原之后，出现的黑屏白字，哪位高手也帮我看看：
