reply to 是一个片词，而且to后面是接事，不是接人
所以你不能用reply you，也不能用reply to you
而要用reply to your email或 reply to the email you sent me

如果你要接人，可以使用answer，可接事和人：
so I didn't answer you sooner或so I didn't answer your email sooner

"My answers maybe will disappoint you because"
maybe 和will不是用在一起. 意思同will和shall不能连在一起使用一样。
改：My answers may disappoint you...
使用may就好，不要再用will。它同样有未来式的意味

"...which I considered it as an ad"
consider后面不能再接it，因为which已经是I consider的受词了，所以你不能再多写一个it。

改：...which I consider as an ad

reply要接to，而且to后面接事物，不是接人

My answers maybe will disappoint you because..改成Maybe, my answers will disappoint you.......

which I considered it as..改成which I considered as.......

改为 reply to you
I replied to your first E-mail, which I considered as an ad.
