怎么我的C盘越来越小

我用了卡卡删除了很多垃圾软件 但是一开机又回复了啊。。。
现在C盘只有500MB了。。我都不知道自己安装了什么东西。。。怎么办。？
不是要重装系统吧。？

用控制面板--添加删除程序--删除占用空间大的文件。

关闭系统还原。

系统用久了都会这样。、我来等回答，或许有好的回答。
