高一英语改错!!!!!!

This morning i happened to met a foreigner when i
was taking walk in the park. It was a good chance
to me to practice my spoken English,so I went up
to him,introduced me in English and expressed my
wish to have a talk with him. To my surprised,he
just stared at me,looking puzzled. I think I had
not made myself understood,so I repeated again
that I had said. But he just said something that I
didn't understand it. I suddenly realized he was not
an English speaker ! Not every foreigners speak English.
