windows 7的系统配置要求

我的是 CPU AMD3600+ 内存1G 显卡 GF7300GT
如果我想装WINDOWS 7不知道能不能较流畅的运行呢 ？
硬盘是 160G的
我是想说能不能比较顺畅！主要是如果我装的话我就想开高点的效果 ，如果要升级的话最好升级什么？
