我觉得答案错了。。。
怎么会选D？D的话变成含脂肪和含油很高了，nutritious意思是营养丰富的。
因为D 说的脂肪和油 只是 nutritious的一部分 不全面
而A 更贴切 因为有营养 所以 身体健康
厄 一般人都会选A啊。。。。
nutritious是有营养的，就如题目说的坚果是高营养的，当然就健康啦
而D是高油脂，就不健康
