我的建议,最主要的是检查内存是否有松动或异常,试着进入>之后灌入新的IOS，如果以上都没有效果，只能返修。
回一楼，这个内存满了不是配置或使用问题，是异常爆满。

应该是内存硬件问题，重新插拔一下，不行就还一条试试，我在GSR上遇到过这种问题。
