The Customs'computers at the Los Angeles international airport went wrong on 11st(月份）at 2pm. Those computers stored the tourists' names and their criminal records. Because of the sudden break-down of this computer-system, 20 thousands tourists on sixty flights overseas were not allowed to enter the Customs. They could not do anything but to stay on their flights or in the waiting rooms at the airport.
