what can I do?My computer is nearly broken down.

I do not has any thing on the screen,even can not speak in Chinese!

The only way is to enter the IE and look for some ideas!

Please help me!!

well, it is possible that your "explorer.exe" is off.
try to open "task manager" and click File,
from there, click "new task"

go inside "C:\Windows"

and find "explorer.exe"

the problem will be solved.
