happen能用现在完成时吗

对啊，是happen是完成的意思，还怎么用完成时呢！

比如 一个人说 what happened?
变成间接引语 那不就是过去完成时了。。？？

happen没有被动语态，但有完成时态的 ，但不能加时间段，因为是非延续性动词
