help在什麽时候是使役动词吖?

是这样的，在一般的句子中呢
比如说：I help someone to clean the table.
在这个句子中是有to的，但也可以说:I help someone clean the table.
意思是一样的，都是指帮助，也就是说，help中的to可以带上也可以省略。

在被动句中，to要还原，即be helped to do.把上面的句子改一下就是：Someone was helped to clean the table (by me).

使役动词有make,let,have,help，它们在主动句中动词前不加to，被动词要加。

例如：

你好，help sb do sth,不用加to 的。

help 后面带不带to都可以。 没有规定。
