因为失业率的下降不是因为需求的增加

楼主近来问题不少，学习很努力了。

这里的失业率下降不是因为所暗示的好消息好趋势，不是因为增加了就业岗位而造成的。
所以对这个数字变化要表示只有一点点的乐观，只是“little”。
