Your permanent resident visa is ready for collection,as are those of your accompanying dependents if any.
Your visa(s) will expire on 11 DEC 2009. You must travel to Canada before this date. If you fail to collect and use your visa(s) before this date,you will not be able to become a permanent resident as your visa(s) will be invalid and you will be required to start the entire procedure from the beginning of the process,including submitting a new application and fee. No extension to this date is possible.
As the principal applicant, you are required to collect the visa(s) in person,within 60 days of this letter's date or before the expiry of your visa,whichever comes first. For security reasons,only you may pick up the visa(s).The total number of passports that you must submit is 2. The only exception is for principal applicants under the age of 18 on the date of this letter,in which case a parent of guardian may pick up the visa for you.
亲爱的申请人：
您的永久居留签证已经可以领取了。如果您有同行的受扶养人， 他/她们的签证也可以领取。

逢星期一至星期四之间，您都可以到本馆领取您的签证，公众假期除外。只有在下午1:15到2:00才准许进入等候区。那时您需要出示这封信、您的护照以及所有同行的家庭成员的护照。一般来说，签证可以在当天5:00以前发给您。在我们的网址：www.hongkong.gc.ca上可以查阅本馆所遵循的公众假期表。
请注意：
- 签证只能由主要申请人领取。如果主要申请人年龄在18岁以下，则由他/她的父/母亲或监护人领取。在任何情况下都没有例外。我们将不会回复任何要求由其他人领取签证的信件。
- 您不必知会本馆您所选定的领取签证的日期。
- 每一本护照必须至少有3页空白页用于签证，且必须由护照持有人签署。
