关于宾语补足语的问题

I don't think it right for them to do so.

I think it is necessary for the students to own mobile phones.

以上两句句子,为什么前一句it后没有is
而后一句却有is呢?
那这两句可以改为这种形式嚒:
I don't think it is right for them to do so.

I think it necessary for the students to own mobile phones.

第一个是i think it +adj。+to do sth。的用法
第二个是宾语从句 it是宾语里面的形式主语

I think （ to own mobile phones is necessary for the students） .
避免头重脚轻才加it

第一句是一个简单句，it做think 的宾语，right做it 的补足语。而第二句是一个包含宾语从句的复合句，I think 是主句，it is necessary...是一个主系表结构的句子作宾语从句，所以有系动词 is。
