UC知道装windows7的问题

我从微软官方下了一个7的镜像，刻成盘。
机子开时却不能光驱启动，开开之后能带开，但安装在c盘必须在开机是从光驱里启动。
桌面上多了一个文件，文字如下：

If you don’t have a Windows installation disc in the correct language, you can choose to install a new copy of Windows 7 Ultimate instead, but this is different from an upgrade, and does not keep your files, settings, and programs. To save your files before installing Windows, back them up to an external location such as a CD, DVD, or external hard drive. 你那是刻盘的时候没做镜像刻录,你如果是
