打开控制面板，添加或删除程序里找到瑞星防火墙，点删除，然后出来的对话框里选择修复。那段英文的意思就是喊你这么试试。但是我这里出来的对话框那个修复选项是灰色的，根本不能选……你看看你的能不能选，能选就修复一下吧。

先卸载一次,再重新安装就行了.
