1、检查内存是否插紧，质量是否有问题或不兼容。
2、更改、升级显卡、声卡、网卡驱动程序。
3、如果是windowsXP系统，请安装sp2补丁 如果是windows2000系统，请安装sp4补丁。
4、杀毒。

只要重装下系统就好了，我也遇到过，很简单的不用担心
