if this is the first time you've aeen this stop error screen, restart your computer, if this screen appear again, follow these steps:
check to make sure any hardware and software is properly installed, if this is a new installation,ask your hardware of software manufacturer foy any windows updates you might need.
if problem comtinue, disable or remove any new installed hardware or software, diasble BIOS memory opnions such as caching or shadowing. if you need to use seft mode or remove or diasble compornents,restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced startup opnions and then select sade mode

最先出现这个屏幕是已经开机正在上网的时候,一下子就蓝了,我按上面说的重启动就桌面都竟不去了,开机不久就出现这个屏幕,我重启进入安全模式,但是安全模式出不来,屏幕一直是黑的,左上方有个"_"在闪,一直闪,就是进不去桌面,无奈之下我又重启按照正常模式进

很可能是文件丢失了，建议你重新做一下系统。
装系统最好是原版的系统
把你那机子拆开吹风机吹吹 松动的插插 CPU吹吹 风扇安好 注意静电 好好检查下
好像是软件冲突
吧最近装的软件卸载
我有时新装的杀毒也这样
