1、我的理解，remove“移开”是指的拿出来就扔了，而在这里那些溢出来的水不能扔，还得拿来称重量呢，所以不能用remove。而move只有“移动”的含义，没说移出后怎么处理，所以这里适合move。
2、因此，这种被用于犯人的治疗和康复的方法可能会造成重复犯罪。（employ这里是“利用”的意思，offense这里是美语体的“犯罪”的意思，而不是英语体的“攻方”）

既然是自然而然就会发生的，那当然就是可预期的啦，词汇题不是考你同义词，而是问你这个词能不能被那个词替换，在这个句子里两个词当然可以替换啦，这样一替换，虽然句子的本意发生了一些变化，但是要传达的意思没有任何变化。
remove has the meaning of supplant. it doesn't just mean taking away the thing. You need to find something else to supersede it.
