我的电脑什么模式都进不了windows 还出现蓝屏英文字母如下

1、检查内存是否插紧，质量是否有问题或不兼容。
2、更改、升级显卡、声卡、网卡驱动程序。
3、如果是windowsXP系统，请安装sp2补丁 如果是windows2000系统，请安装sp4补丁。
4、杀毒。
文件损坏了，还能怎么弄。连安全模式都进不了那就比较严重。建议重装，要不然一直重启对硬盘有一定的损伤
