2，这是一个完成时的形式啊！已经怎么样了就用have done,动词的分词形式，正好这个动词是have，就变成了had的形式。
3，that在宾语从句中可以省，而且常常省，eg.He suggested (that)we should leave the place right now.
that在定于从句中也可以省，如果先行词在从句中做宾语就能把that省掉。
