还有"incidential"什么意思，我没查到。

incidential应该是incidental。

卖方有义务避免任何，由卖方对其义务的作为或者不作为，或者任何第三方对这些材料的购买、使用、拥有或者抵押，而引起的间接、特别或者附带的损失（包括利润损失）。
