句子是用的过去式
It's two years since i worked there.
表示已经在工作过了 不是你理解的那样
如果要表示已经有2年了，要说
It's been (It has been) two years since I worked there.
原句意思是两年前我在那里工作 现在已经不在那里了

since:后面从句用延续性动词，表示不做某事已多长时间；
用瞬时动词，表示一直做某事已多长时间。
如，It's one month since I took photos of these flowers. 我给这些花照照片有一个月了。
