我觉得是必须要有的
this代表“charge a lot for the blouse”，是一种条件，相当于 agree with sth.如I agree with what he said.

已经知道“this”是什么了，所以不需要重复。

意思很明白

首先，用with this 严格来说是不正确的，agree with 后面接的宾语应该是表示人的，可以说didn't agree with him可以。
直接ith this 去掉也可以。把agree当作单独的不及物动词用

我觉得是可以不用再加with this.
