Students today are tired of working all day long , they need a way to relax . But what can they do to relax?
Here are some suggestions which can be useful to them.Take a lone walk before sleep this helps u calm down , listen to some blue music can help u have a nice dream .
Eat vegetables and fruits may make u full of gas to do anything ,some exercise is also a good way to make u relax , and it's also good for ur health.
Don't be too nervous about ur work ,everything will be doing just fine.So this is the proper way for students to relax.
