UC知道为何我打不开”www.scout.or.kr”这个网站？该如何解决？

这个网站我经常去，去下载一些东西．以前都还是正常的，但后来就打不开了，重装完系统之后也只打开过一次．
每次就有以下一些内容出现：

刚刚去查了查，这好象是什么应用防火墙，但究竟为何
我试了下，我可以打开了！
英文的意思大概是说，你的什么请求触发了防火墙的警报，如果的你的服务页面不存在，请你和管理员联系！
一般这类问题多半是网站服务器的问题，和你的电脑没太多的关系，不行的话，你可以试着给你的电脑杀下毒吧！
