翻译成英语 我们是不打不相识啊~

有字典把“不打不相识”翻译为No discord, no concord
意思是：有争论，意见才能达成一致。
这句话给我灵感，“我们是不打不相识啊”可以译得更口语化：
the fight between us just makes us friends.

fight这个词，可以理解为动手的打架，也可以理解为动口的吵架，也可以理解为在某问题上的激烈争论。

对于成语的翻译，我认为在文学作品中才应该使用英语相应成语来翻译，而在一般文章尤其报章、书信、口语中，尽量翻译得口语化点。因为今天的英语国家是不喜欢用成语的，否则被人看成老古董。而且绝大部分人对英语成语已经了解甚少。不好意思，借题发挥了。
