摘要: 目的 探讨老年患者牙拔除术的护理特点。方法 357例老年患者为研究对象，总结老年人拔牙的护理措施。结果 所有患者均顺利完成牙拔除术，术后无感染，无系统疾病激发或加重，仅2例患者手术当日出血复诊，上止血粉，用明胶海绵，咬棉卷加压止血成功。
结论 有效的护理评估，及时的心里护理，熟练正确的护理操作与配合是老年患者牙拔除术成功的保证。
