be 在人称代词后面都要变成an is are(were was)？跟在什么样的词后面要变成这样？在什么样的词后面不变成这种形式

be做谓语动词的时候要随着人称和数的不同而变化不同形式，就是
I am
you are
he/she/it is
we/you/they are

而跟在助动词、情态动词后面或是在不定式中就要用原形了，比如
There will be more apples three months later.
It may be much bigger than yours.
A new shopping mall is scheduled to be built next year.
