a building named Heng Zhou in Heng Yang city Hu Nan province had encounted a fire accident on the third of Nov 2003. The building was reported that it was collapsed by the fire due to the poor quality. 20 firemen unfortunately were sacrifised but on residents dead or hurted in the accident. as a painful lesson for us we need to improve our fire and safety consciousness as well as to provide or installed sufficient and usable fire facilities.
