subscriber 是"消费者，用户"的意思

dialed是dial的过去式，是“打电话，拨电话号码”的意思

power off 是“关掉电源”的意思，对应的开机是“power on”不单是手机，大部分带电的如电视机，电脑，四驱车都有 这个用法。
