UC知道that's right的问题

这个问题困扰我多年。。。当年初中就在想没想通
新概念第一册123课中有个对话
A:Who's this?
B:Guess!
A:It's not you,is it?
B:That's right
中文翻译为
A:这是谁？
B:你猜！
A:这不是你，对吗？
B:不，是我
这个That's right 到底是说哪个right了嘛。。。或者说中文翻译有错误？？？
想起我前不久看越狱里面有个对话，具体的记不清了,反正是A在审问B
A:You don't know xxxxxx,do you？
B:That's right!
这里B的意思根据语境来看是 我不知道（这一点很确定拉不用怀疑，因为后面还威逼利诱了很长时间B才透露的），和上面的刚好相反呃。。。
我个人看法是很可能新概念上面的中文翻译有误。。当然也可能是其他原因了。。 高手解答。。

不论前面是甚麽问话
总之，That's right! 就是对的
you know him, don't you ?

这个是反义疑问句
你的回答是针对后面的，比如
A:It's not you,is it?
B:That's right
回答是针对is it ?
that's right 是肯定的回答
所以说意思是“是我”
又如do you？
也是肯定回答，就是知道了
it's not you is it 意思是 不是你吧？（那个人心里知道是他） 对 就是我。
you don't know tom do you? 你不认识tom对吗？
对的。不认识。
A:It's not you,is it?
B:That's right

1.it's not you!
answer: no.( it means: no, it's not me)
2. it's not you!
answer: that's right! (meaning, you're right. it's not me)
这个是反义疑问句
