这是paypal寄来的信说使用他人的钱
我是使用我妈的debit card来在paypal上付款的
我妈知道我在paypal上用了多少钱也同样我用
我有像paypal他们说明了我妈是同意我使用的也知道我在paypal上用了多少钱
但现在他们寄信来说要有授权签字人但我不是卡的主人
那我要怎样验证那时我妈同意给我用的
