UC知道一个句子两个情态动词

一个句子能有两个情态动词么?
They may be able to catch the early bus.
不知道我是不是把这个句子写错了，这里的BE ABLE TO 是情态短语。表示：有能里做。有人说不能换为CAN。为什么？
THERE BE 结构的一般将来时
1.there is/are going to be....
2.there will be...
有1.there is/are going to be....吗？
是不是也抄错了？

There be句型有一个考点，就是你提到的there is/are going to be，千万别记成汉语式的there is/are going to have，因为.there is/are going to be是一种固定搭配，Be被分割在了后面。
can不能有将来时的变化 只有一般将来时和一般过去时 但BE ABLE TO可以
