UC知道中国关于航班取消的赔偿问题

大家好 小弟本月购买了 荷兰皇家航空公司 2月8日 从阿姆斯特丹直飞成都 3月2日从成都直飞阿姆斯特丹的往返票 等我回来后 前几日荷航给我发来邮件 通知我3月2日要改机 从成都到上海 再从上海到阿姆斯特丹 这样的话我的里程就增加了6个小时 大家也知道国际飞行很痛苦 我现在想找荷航要求索赔 但问题是我再他们的官方网站上只能找到对于从欧盟离境的延误 或者 取消 的赔偿条款 但我这次去是从中国离境 所以那个条款应该不适用 不知道中国是否有关于相关的赔偿条款呢？ 有具体的赔偿金额或者等级吗？ 如果我去找他们要求赔偿 应该从哪些方面考虑 来衡量我的索赔量 谢谢大家
1、中荷都加入了蒙特利尔公约1999，因此你说的情况并不适用国内法，而适用国际公约。但该公约对于延误只约定了航空公司的最高责任不超过4150SDR
2、欧盟关于延误的规定同样适用你说的这种情况，即This Regulation shall apply“ to passengers departing from an airport located in a third country to an airport situated in the territory of a Member State to which the Treaty applies, unless they received benefits or compensation and were given assistance in that third country, if the operating air carrier of the flight concerned is a Community carrier.”但是该法规对于延误规定非常细，建议你根据自己的情况比对着考虑索赔。该法案全称为Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 establishing common rules
